I have worked with Eric Bennington for several years now. I have a custom home business and when I have remodeling projects that are not a good fit for us, I send them to Eric because I know he will follow up, do a great job and leave a favorable impression for my business. He does an excellent job of listening to his clients up front and then documenting the project prior to developing an estimate. His clients end up being his friend after the project is complete and that says alot.

Eric updated our house in preparation for renting the property. He recommended a more affordable and competent foundation crew that started our “make ready” project. Eric is highly knowledgable and provided useful suggestions on how to achieve our goals. ENB Contracting did tile work, shower updates, sheetrock repair, and some other small projects. He is easy to work with, made himself available for the strategy meetings and is a friendly guy to talk with. ENB did high quality work and I would recommend them to anyone.

Eric has done a great job building our outdoor living patio. His attention to detail is unmatched and he’s one of the most honest GC’s i’ve ever worked with. He’s very creative and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. i would recommend him if you’re wanting and wiling to pay for top of the line development. Our Patio has now become our families nightly hang out.

Eric has done several projects for me over the years. From complete bathroom remodels to home additions and outdoor kitchen. He even built me a stone waterfall for my pool. I can’t say enough about how creative and responsive Eric is when he is working on a project. His creativity and artistry are a great asset to him. Eric does fine work at very reasonable prices and will not rest until the client is satisfied. He has a great network of subs and he stays on top of things. I highly recommend Eric for almost any job imaginable. Oh and he will do 3D renderings for you for a very nominal fee which is nice for those projects that are hard to visualize.
